The Site's text, design and name are owned by the Site's operator. Nothing on the Site grants you a license to use them except to view the Site.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Site's operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oregon.
